HumaneticsExtCareerSite is Hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist Near Farmington, MI

Role Purpose: Manage all areas of digital marketing & social media implementation in support of the marketing team and the overall corporate marketing strategy. This includes being a key contributor to overall marketing strategy by contributing through the marketing data management segment of the overarching marketing program. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Work in conjunction with the Marketing Manager to: Play a critical role in managing our customer journey starting with identifying key personas for outbound campaigns, data management and nurturing as targets move through the marketing funnel. Connect data for corporate initiatives such as webinars and events and identify as customers move out of our nurturing and/or CX programs. • Keep Humanetics current, if not ahead of viral trends, best practices and technologies• Contribute to lead generation• Build brand recognition through social channels and outbound marketing activity• Research, identify and build lists around Key Persona’s for the three divisions of the company• Assist in the detailed preparation required for corporate events and experiential marketing• Create digital assets that align with the corporate brand as well as the theme of the campaign· (social media design, email, website and event promotional assets, video production and editing)• Manage marketing and sales data (monitor analytics, audience segmentation, brand awareness, online reputation, A/B testing, list generation and persona targeting) • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools• Maintain multiple pages on different channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor) and grow followers and engagement• Understand online tools and how to utilize them best• Database management• Experience in the following tools prefered:SalesForceHubSpotMicroSoft Office SuiteAdobe Creative SuiteG4ACritical Competencies: Written Communication - writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information. Adaptability Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.· Motivation - Sets and achieveschallenging goals; demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measuresself against standard of excellence; takes calculated risks to accomplishgoals.· Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes andplans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources;sets goals and objectives; organizes or schedules other people and their tasks;develops realistic action plans.· Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; reactswell under pressure; treats others with respect and consideration regardless oftheir status or position; accepts responsibility for own actions; followsthrough on commitments.Education and/or Experience: • Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing Computer Science required.• 2-4 years of data management and marketing tools.• Microsoft Office Tools• Adobe Suite Tools• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn InMessaging• Video production and editing programs (Premier pro) a plus• Experience in Hubspot/Pardot/ SFDC Marketing Cloud as well as digital event platforms (WebX, HopIn) and data reporting tools (PowerBI)• Copywriter or content development experience is a plus.• Experience in marketing automation such as Hubspot, Pardot or SF Marketing Cloud preferred.• Experience in internal communication tools such as SharePoint and TEAMS preferred.• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) preferred.
