Manage a team responsible for enterprise contractor workforce process, strategy and operations, internal and external stakeholder training/support, system optimization/operations, reporting/analytics, process improvement, and continuous merger and acquisition activities.
Responsible for the management of multiple MSP operations supporting Humana business segments
Partner with Contingent Labor Category Management Team and supplier partners to evaluate industry/business trends for potential impact on the organization, identify key business opportunities and potential threats to the organization, implement strategies to address these opportunities
Partner with HR, as needed, to establish and enhance policy guidance and enforcement
Exercise and continuously develop deep understanding of contractor workforce model best practices; identify consolidation opportunities of supply base and operations.
Proactively identify opportunities and work cross-functionally to implement solutions to advance program maturity
Play a critical role in the development of the Total Talent Management Strategy, building a pipeline of opportunities and alignment with stakeholders; explores innovative labor models
Gather and interpret relevant data to assess vendor spend, productivity, demand patterns, etc.
Deliver results when faced with ambiguity & roadblocks.
Ability to use data and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders to take action.
Develop deep understanding of the MSP Program(s), demonstrating the ability to clearly articulate the value proposition to business stakeholders and manage those programs to ensure we are meeting business expectations and needs
Lead the development of complex strategies based on industry best practices, including supply market analyses, should-cost models, process and domain expertise.
Leverage internal and external resources, as part of the operating model, to deliver results in the most effective and efficient way.
Oversee analysis of qualitative and quantitative supplier characteristics, including supplier capabilities, supplier goals and objectives, risk profile, and supplier's financial position for requisite categories
Develop multi-year sourcing pipelines that drive total value, including cost savings and supplier innovation for Humana
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4 or more years of experience in contractor workforce operations/management
4 or more years of experience with Vendor Management Systems, preferably SAP Fieldglass
4 or more years of people management experience
Ability to be flexible and willing to learn new skill sets quickly as the need arises
Solid public speaking and negotiation skills required
Strong financial, procurement and business acumen required
Proven ability to speak with and work across all levels of the business
Proficient in Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from multi-faceted and often ambiguous data
Ability to motivate project team members and stakeholders to meet established deadlines
Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight and take ownership and accountability for the program
Detail oriented and critical thinker
Effectiveness in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System and Direct Sourcing Platforms
MSP management experience
Technical and Clinical Contingent Labor management experience
Excellent analytical skills; ability to research and make efficient use of resources to achieve effective business results
Strong communication skills – verbal and writing – with ability to clearly and effectively communicate to varying levels of the organization
Experience in developing project plans and presenting business cases to Senior Leaders preferred
Understanding of major sourcing processes, Contingent Labor, supplier and customer interface
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously in a timely and professional manner; ability to transfer lessons learned into new processes; flexibility in job focus

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$112,400 - $154,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
