Job Description
Human Touch is an established company that is currently in Prince George County area. We are currently hiring looking to add to our growing team of Physical Therapist. We are seeking individuals with a passion for home care. We are willing to teach anyone who is looking for a way to learn hands on care in the home. A Physical Therapist (PT) manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician's plan of treatment, considering individual patients' special or age-related needs.

Job Types: PRN
Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the physical conditions and limitations of the patient.
• Implement a plan of care for the patient.
• Interact and advise the patient and any family members about treatment.
• Assesses for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM-potential for rehab.
• Directs physical treatment.
• Reports to a physician for a patient's reaction to treatment or changes in condition.

Education Required:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Maryland
