Dorrean is Hiring a Communications Program Analyst with Security Clearance Near Washington, DC

Dorrean is currently recruiting for a Communications Program Analyst with an Active Top Secret clearance and a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph for a Federal contract that we have in Washington, DC. Below is a description of the position: The Communications Program Analyst duties will include but not be limited to: • Assists with writing and editing communications materials to internal and external audiences, including press releases. • Craft and execute strategic plans for Public Affairs and Congressional Affairs portfolios (two separate strategies) in collaboration with stakeholders, the executive team, and partner divisions. • Work with counterparts and Subject Matter Experts to scope, schedule, communicate, and execute Congressional briefs, RFIs, and related asks. Will need to develop a high-level understanding of threats and must have excellent organizational and planning skills. • Work with counterparts and Subject Matter Experts to scope, schedule, and develop appropriate prep for traditional and televised interviews, podcasts, video-recording opportunities, etc. – includes reactive response to inquiries (often with deadlines measured in hours) as well as independently identifying proactive opportunities for Division engagement in the public affairs sphere. • Assist with developing content for written responses to Congress and independently develop content for the Federal website and other sites promoting the Division. • Guide stakeholders through proactive processes for offering information/material to Congress and to the public. • Assists with conference/event planning and coordination. • Contributes material for social media. • Authors reminder emails to executives. • Create field office snapshots. • Updates and maintains the CD page of outreach products. • Drafts periodic emails to the division announcing operational or intelligence accomplishments. • Tracks taskings to CD from other divisions. • Create a CD onboarding process for employees and executives. • International visit coordination, and Skype calls. • Oversight of the Unit Mailbox (on all three enclaves), responding and managing associated tasks as assigned. • Assist with any additional duties as necessary. Minimum Position Qualifications: - Security Clearance: Active Top Secret, with a CI Polygraph - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university - Minimum of five (5) years of work experience. Experience requirements may be waived if the candidate has eight (8) years or more of work experience. - Strong writing and communication skills. - Highly developed judgement and cognitive reasoning skills and demonstrated initiative are critical.
