As a HRM Consultant, part of Process & Domain Consulting, you will be supporting to vertical leader in driving consulting led client engagements. The ideal person should have domain consulting experience along with industry experience.
Required Qualifications:
Relevant expertise in at least one of the below domains/functional areas HRM processes like Hire to Retire (talent acquisition, Talent management) Payroll Managements & Retirals (incl. Timesheets, Compensation & Employee benefits) Performance Management Processes and Systems Learning and development CSR & Security Experience in end-end implementation and maintenance of any of digital solutions relevant for Corporate HRM function across Hire-to-Retire processes in any ONE of the following solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 4 years of domain consulting/ business consulting / business analyst/ industry experience.
· 4 years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Managers in digital initiatives for HRM domain Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
· The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
· Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
