Under the guidance of a Site Director, Youth Workers are responsible for directly supervising a group of 6-12 children while engaging with them in a variety of high-energy activities throughout the day. As a camp counselor, you are not just a supervisor. You become a mentor, a friend, and a role model. Adults of all ages are needed.
