Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Timely documentation - EMR: CERNER
• Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process
• Assist with discharge plans

Qualifications

Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Occupational Therapy/OT from an accredited college or university required.
• Unrestricted Occupational Therapist/OT licensure in practice in State of Georgia required.
