Crowne Plaza Resort is looking for a awesome fit for our Banquet Department. Morning and evening hours available. Make events look and sound awesome!

• A/V Tech looks at each BEO (Banquet Event Order) and sets A/V as needed
• When needed, run tech on events
• Can set A/V on own (Projectors and screens, Video mixer, Wireless mics, Audio mixers)
• Event Staff set and tears down the room for and after an event. This includes heavy lifting of tables and chairs.
• Helps during an event with any logistics needed.

• Run food from the kitchen to the banquet hall on demand
• Assist with food and table prep before the event begins
• Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance
• Serve plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers and other needs
• Communicate with banquet supervisor as well as other servers and event organizers
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Clean up venue after event ends and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasks

• High school diploma
• Audio knowledge
• Video knowledge
• Comfortable with DI boxes and sound boards
• Wireless mic pairing and placement
• Windows proficient
• PowerPoint knowledge
• Bluetooth audio and presenter remotes
• Previous waitstaff experience a plus
• Knowledge of catering practices preferred
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• MUST have reliable transportation.
• Open availability.

• Can lift 50lbs.
