Hugo Hunter Inc, a Carrier headquartered in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated individual that can thrive in a demanding and fast paced work environment to join our recruiting team at our Charlotte terminal.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Logistics Recruiter, you will be developing, maintaining, and growing relationships between our clients and Hugo Hunter. Through this fast-paced, high-energy role you’ll make an impact on the global supply chain every day.

Responsibilities will include:

· Source, manage and build long-term relationships with potential clients

· Development of customer review processes and reporting

· Effectively executes sales activities to meet or exceed daily, monthly or annual expectations

Requirements:

· 1 to 3 years previous experience working in Logistics/Sales is preferred but not required

· Strong work ethic and hunger to learn and grow

· Attention to detail

· Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency

· Communication skills

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Eastern. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
