Warehouse Associate : Janesville, Wisconsin

Our client, a leading manufacturer of plastic glazing products in Janesville, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and plays a crucial role in the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate :

• Retrieve and review customer orders, ensuring correct products are selected.
• Operate cutting table to size materials accurately.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify quantity, color, and size compliance.
• Package materials securely for shipping.
• Build pallets and crates as required.
• Photograph materials before packaging.
• Label packages for shipment.
• Identify and report missing, lost, or damaged materials.
• Unload and load deliveries using forklift or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Assist with training new employees.
• Comply with safety and health regulations.

Warehouse Associate Requirements and Qualifications :

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Experience with steel banding, crimping, and woodworking.
• Proficiency with steel banding, nail, and staple gun operation.
• Previous forklift experience.

Pay for Warehouse Associate : Starting at $19.00 / hour based on experience.
