Description: We are looking for a hardworking General Laborer to be a part of the Hughes Group Team! You will be responsible for performing the general labor duties with our facilities, landscape, and construction crews as needed. Will be conducting general labor duties inside and outside of the facilities to include general facility maintenance.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Work in a team environment and assist co-workers or foremen with other duties or requirements.
Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws.
Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
Clean building floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Properly cleans building windows, using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Utilizes pressure washer machine for maintenance projects as needed.
Operate forklift to move materials and products as needed.
Assemble and disassemble components as needed.
Use hand tools to complete tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with different crews cleaning tasks
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Perform general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Proficiency with various hand tools and power tools.
Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Must know how to properly clean building windows.
Must be a team player and practice good communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance and general landscape duties.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
Must be able to bend stoop, crawl, climb or reach over shoulders occasionally.
Must be able to read and understand English for reading and communication of safety protocols and directions.
Must be able to be on feet 8 hours.
Must be able to be in loud and cold environments.
Must be able to utilize power tools as needed.
Other Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have valid Driver's License.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
