Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a LOZ BOH (Back of House) staff member. As a LOZ BOH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary and food service operations. Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure timely meal service
- Assist with catering events as needed

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
