Hueman is hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete Annual Wellness Exams for Medicare members. This position is a full-time opportunity in Merced County, scheduled Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Nurse Practitioners will work on-site at the clinic, performing an average of 8-10 scheduled exams per day. No call, nights, weekends, or walk-ins.

Nurse Practitioner/NP Job Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP license
• Active State NP license
• AANP or ANCC board-certified FNP, ANP, GNP, AGNP
• Current BLS certification

Qualified Nurse Practitioners seeking this opportunity will have the special opportunity to interact with the member in a one-on-one setting, supporting their comprehensive care team. Nurse Practitioners performing these wellness exams are not required to treat or prescribe. This is strictly a wellness exam including a comprehensive physical assessment, review of medical history, perform medication reconciliation as well as some basic patient education.
