Veransa Group is hiring a Sales Representative as a full-time role in Ft. Meyers, FL or surrounding areas (Tampa, St Petersburg, Bradenton, or Seffner).
As a Sales Representative/Account Manager with Veransa, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and effectively promoting our products/services. This dynamic role requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Veransa Group is an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) company based in the Tampa-bay region of Florida. Veransa specializes in transforming urban wood and yard waste into valuable organic commodities on an industrial scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct presentations to potential clients showcasing our products/services and addressing their needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Skillfully negotiate terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions.
Job Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a landscaping related industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with computers, various software, and sales analytics
