Hueman PE Talent Solutions is Hiring an Onsite Property Manager Near Largo, FL

Condominium Associates is seeking a licensed Onsite Property Manager (LCAM) to manage the Pointe West Mobile Home Park in Largo, FL. 
 
The Licensed Onsite Property Manager (LCAM) position is designed to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Board members that are company-centric and understand the contractual agreements with clients and the expected services. Always demonstrate this duty while enthusiastically presenting to internal and external clients and communicating the company’s values, position, policies, and procedures. The Association Manager reports directly to the Regional Director and Vice President.
Condominium Associates is a full-service association management company providing facilities management, financial management, and administration services for condominiums, cooperatives, homeowner associations, and multi-family residential real estate across Florida. We provide boutique management services to upscale, amenity-based properties through knowing and understanding our clients and their needs. At Condominium Associates, our goal is to provide the highest level of professional management to associations and to relieve board members and owners from the burden of the daily operations of their association. 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training, coaching, supervising, and developing all on-site personnel.
  • Conduct staff meetings as needed to inform employees of policies, procedures, or scheduled events.​Provide payroll timesheets to the designated payroll person in the corporate office for all employees.
  • Produce accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to include year-end financial reporting requirements.
  • Work with the Operations department to ensure the mailing of meeting notices is in accordance with Florida Statutes and the Association’s governing documents.
  • Produce Weekly Reports for the Board of Directors and/or Committees, regarding status and any outstanding items that may require Board direction or action to be taken. Reports will be uploaded through the company’s electronic portal.
  • Respond to unit owner inquiries and assist unit owners as deemed appropriate in a professional and timely manner. If necessary and when needed, escalate the issue to the Regional Director.
  • Coordinate legal matters with the Association’s attorney as authorized by the Board.
 
Job Qualifications:
  • FL CAM License - Required
  • Co-op management experience - Preferred
  • High school or equivalent - Required
  • Property Management: 1 year - Required
  • Fluent in English
  • US work authorization
  • Knowledge of CINC is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Specifically, proficient in Excel to create formulas and correlate large amounts of data into a Pivot Table
  • Creating visual graphs to display data.
  • Ability to write professional internal and external emails.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in an efficient and accurate manner.
