Huebsch Services is a local, family-owned company that provides stability and a great work environment. We are seeking a Branded Apparel Coordinator I to work with our BAP department. This position includes an ideal Monday-Friday, day-time schedule. In this position, strong teamwork, flexibility and communication is required.

Summary

The Branded Apparel Coordinator I is responsible for working closely with customers to provide general account maintenance. This role is also responsible for vetting leads, entering leads in HubSpot, setting up and maintaining customer portals. In this position, teamwork and communication with customers, coworkers, route service staff, sales staff and management are essential.

Key Performance Indicators

• Timely and accurate work to support the sales activity and following up on leads received.
• Report to work for all scheduled and additional shifts on time and motivated for work.

Core Functions

• Receive leads from internal employees, enter and maintain lead in HubSpot, complete needs assessment, offer solutions and follow up on orders.
• Provide customer support for existing customers regarding orders, portal, budgets, delivery, and invoices.
• Maintain all samples and sample showroom.
• Maintain records on all purchases, confirm accuracy of all orders and invoices.
• Set up new customer ordering portals and set budgets.
• Professionally respond to all internal and external communications.
• Utilize HubSpot for all customer tracking.
• Cross train and provide backup tasks as needed when other team members are out of office.

Desired Experience

Education: An associate degree in business administration is preferred, minimum high school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior small office experience in a fast-paced business to business industry. Experience with embroidery processes a plus.

Working Conditions

Work Environment: Indoors/Outdoors

• Low to moderate noise levels
• Able to work at a stationary computer workstation.
• In office 5 days a week.

Physical Demand: Low

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 10 to 50 pounds occasionally.

Occasional travel for training, company meetings, or customer meetings may be required.
