Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks, including , hardscape installation, and snow plowing. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general landscaping duties.

- Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls

- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees according to landscape plans

- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

- Assist with the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems

- Clear snow from walkways and driveways during winter months

- Dig trenches for drainage systems or new plant installations

- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:

- Proficiency in using hand tools.

- Experience in hardscape installation including pavers, bricks, or stone work

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments

- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
