- Responsible for coordinating all admissions and discharges to ensure facility census is kept at its maximum capacity.

Requirements of the Director of Social Work-Nursing Home :
- Must have BSW or MSW
- Must have prior Director of Social Services experience
- Must have long term care experience
- Strong leadership skills in a healthcare setting
- Strong written and verbal skills
