Job Overview:

We are seeking a Parts/Service Advisor to join our team. The Parts/Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of the parts department.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing required parts

- Provide accurate and timely price quotes for parts

- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure parts are stocked appropriately

- Process parts orders and returns efficiently

- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure correct parts are ordered

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding parts

- Utilize computer systems to look up and track parts information

Requirements:

- Prior experience in auto estimating, auto service management, or automotive repair

- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive parts

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote parts and accessories

- Ability to align customer needs with the appropriate parts solutions

- Must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid NYS Driver's License

- Must be able to reliably commute during inclement weather

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,735.00 - $52,071.00 per year
