Duties:

Demonstrates competency to perform a minimum of two of the following modalities: CT, Diagnostic X-ray/Mammography and MRI procedures required by the hospital including but not limited to:
All CT positioning/procedures per departmental protocol including 3D reconstruction, biopsies
All DX positioning/procedures per departmental protocol including fluoroscopy, surgical mobile C-Arm, special procedures
All MRI positioning/procedures per departmental protocol including 3D reconstruction
All Mammography positioning/procedures per departmental protocol including 3D Genius and Stereotactic Biopsies
Contrast media administration
Magnetic Safety, safety of MRI suite and ensures patient safety prior to exam
Equipment operation, Quality Control Tests
PACS, Putty, Carevue, OpenVista, ARS
Practices Radiation ProtectionEDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree in Applied Science.

CREDENTIALS QUALIFICATIONS:
Meets the requirements for the Registry by the ARRT
Current New Jersey State License.
