Position Title: Operations Specialist
Department: Operations
Location: 1557 W Innovation Way 5th Floor, Lehi, UT 84043; hybrid work may be allowed after a probationary period
Classification: Full-Time (40 hours per week); Nonexempt
Job Overview: As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a high attention to detail and demonstrating proactive and decisive qualities. Working closely with senior investment professionals, you will contribute to the servicing and management of client accounts and relationships, always with the client's best interests in mind. The purpose of this role is to support the advisor team and operations team in preparing forms, following up on service requests, and gathering and analyzing client data.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Organizational Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investment transactions, client interactions, and portfolio performance. Ensure the timely and precise filing of all relevant documents to enhance transparency and client trust.
  • Detail-Oriented Approach: Conduct thorough research and analysis to assist our planners in making informed investment decisions that align with our clients's financial goals. Review and prepare investment proposals, financial statements, and market trends with meticulous attention to detail, identifying potential risks and opportunities that impact our clients.
  • Proactive Contribution: Anticipate the needs of the investment team and take the initiative to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance efficiency—all with a focus on delivering a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients.
  • Decisive Decision-Making: Collaborate with investment professionals to evaluate investment opportunities and present well-researched recommendations that align with our clients' unique needs. Participate in discussions, offering valuable insights that contribute to making informed and client-centered decisions.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients in a professional, attentive, and empathetic manner. Address their inquiries promptly, provide updates on portfolio performance, and actively listen to their needs to build lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
  • Marketing Opportunities: Write engaging materials for our websites, client correspondence, and social media pages. Collaborate with team members to craft content that leads to introductions and supports existing client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation (based on experience)
  • $20-24 Hourly rate, depending on experience.
