Who are we looking for?

• Energetic leader with the ability to Supervise, train, motivate and retain a successful sales team.
• Asst. Parts Manager with a proven track record of delivering on goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• CDK Experience a plus.
• Closing skills and a great attitude are a must.

Qualifications:

• Dealership experience with Parts Certification completion.
• Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing sales team.
• Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
