Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Terminal Manager to join our team. As a Terminal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our terminal facility and ensuring a safe working environment and efficient and effective management of the terminal

Duties:

- Manage, and coordinate all aspects of terminal operations, including hiring employees, inbound and outbound logistics, order fulfillment, and materials handling.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize terminal performance, streamline processes, and improve productivity.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.

- Manage and develop a team of terminal staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.

- Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demands and maximize efficiency.

- Utilize data collection tools to gather and analyze operational data for reporting purposes.

- Stay updated on customer feedback and satisfaction

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree , or

- Proven experience in terminal operations management or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of safety policies and procedures

- Proficiency in analyzing data using SQL or similar too

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
