Duties:

- Operate and maintain various machinery, including but not limited to lathes and drill presses, ensuring high-quality production and safety standards are met.

- Assist with the fabrication, construction, and assembly of aquatic systems and components according to specifications.

- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures for all work tasks.

- Load and unload materials from trucks or other transportation vehicles

- Maintain a clean and safe work envrionment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

- Perform other related duties and tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Proven experience operating lathes and drill presses.

- High School diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
