Hudson and Associates has an opening for a Maintenance / Janitorial position at the Nashville International Airport. Applicants must have a general knowledge of various equipment operations as well as a basic understanding of equipment and building maintenance. Job duties include but are not limited to; performing a variety of manual work and maintenance of lawns and landscaped areas, basic building maintenance of Airport facilities, preventative maintenance of equipment, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must have experience operating lawnmowers, tractors, snow removal equipment, weed eaters, hand tools, and related equipment. Applicants must be able to work outdoors and in inclement weather. Starting pay range: $13.00 hourly, fulltime and part time positions available. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Capable of developing knowledge of Airport procedures, Operator’s Standard Operating Procedures, as well as industry standards and trends.
• Knowledge scope of operations includes but not limited to:
• Compliance with all Government Regulations
• Customer service
• Performing “Vehicle Inspection” of the company vehicle you will be driving during your shift. This MUST be completed BEFORE the beginning of your duties. Report any vehicle or property damage immediately to your manager.
• If a problem with equipment cannot be repaired, inform the MOD on duty.
• Supplies basic directions and information to customers.
• Communicates frequently with the Operation’s Manager to keep them abreast of activities occurring in the facility.
• Monitor trash cans in all lots including valet lots and empty when needed.
• Report suspicious persons or activity to the Manager on duty
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience and/or Education:

• Proven excellent organizational skills 
• Educational background
• High School Graduate
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
