The Ambulatory Care Assistant (ACA) is responsible for maintaining a highly professional environment, ensuring a collaborative relationship with patients, physicians, referring physicians, and non-licensed and licensed staff in the Clinic.
Contract Duration: 3 months possible extension
Schedule: 3 days a week; 8 hour days 7am-3:30pm
Qualifications:
- One-plus years in healthcare related field
- Medical assistant a plus, not required.
- Minimum one year of previous experience within an acute healthcare system environment.
- Working Knowledge of EPIC or other Electronic Medical Record system ‘EMR’.
- BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
- May only perform blood draws by meeting and maintaining State of California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I (CPTI) Certification.
Pay Rate: $19/HR
