Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Multiple Locations
Job Summary:
The Medical Assistant (MA) supports a professional healthcare environment by handling non-clinical tasks such as patient scheduling, chart preparation, and pre-authorization processes. The role requires flexibility to start at different locations or travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional and collaborative environment.
Assist in scheduling, chart preparations, and liaise between providers and patients.
Ensure efficient patient flow and effective communication within and outside the facility.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of Medical Assistant program or relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical terminology.
Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.
Compensation: $25 per hour
