Position: Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health (Randolph Clinic)
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a college or university accredited by NLNAC or CCNE.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of nursing experience post-graduation, including at least one year in Behavioral Health within the last three years.
- Licensure/Registration: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Coordinate and optimize patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure adherence to medical and nursing standards and policies.
- Perform physical exams, health histories, administer medications, and provide wound care.
- Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
- Supervise and direct the care provided by other healthcare professionals.
- Manage emergency situations and respond promptly to adverse signs and symptoms.
- Maintain effective communication within the healthcare team and participate in teaching and educational activities.
- Arrange referral appointments and manage specialty care as needed.
- Engage in research to support improved practice and patient outcomes.
- Monday to Friday, 0730 – 1630.
- 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch, not exceeding 40 hours per week.
