AM Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

PM Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Prepares and properly garnishes all food orders in accordance with menu specifications under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager

* Organizes and maintains work areas, coolers and storage areas

* Serves food that is safe to eat, fresh and visually appealing

* Cleans and sanitizes work station according to cleaning schedule

* Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson Blu experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectation

* Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guests

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be 18 years of age, or older

* Must be able speak, read and understand basic cooking directions

* Knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette

* Attention to detail

* Must have excellent attendance and reliability

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

* Long hours are sometimes required, ability to work flexible schedule

* Ability to stand for long periods of time, frequent bending, occasionally stoop or crawl

* Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and push or pull up to 150 pounds

* Good manual dexterity for the use of common office and kitchen equipment
