Hubstaff is Hiring a Virtual assistant Near Metuchen, NJ
We're looking for a REMOTE (virtual) full-time virtual assistant. Must be available to work 9am to 5pm EST (eastern standard time zone).
Duties :
Managing calendars (multiple calenders)
Checking the calendar's for conflicts and notifying the relevant parties
Researching websites - whether it's for pricing, concerns, comments, issues.
Making phone calls for the boss we will provide you with a US-Based VOIP so you can make calls. Must have headsets with microphone so you can communicate.
Must have FAST COMPUTER CONNECTION and FAST Computer.
Must work in a private setting (where other people cannot hear or you cannot hear other people).
Knder Pediatric Urgent Care is a pediatric urgent care with many locations in New Jersey. We're the neighborhood kids walk-in urgent care staffed by pediatric emergency specialists.
We're open 7 days a week and 11 hours a day.
