Short-Term Rental Remote Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Short-Term Rental Remote Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Listing Management : Create and manage property listings on Airbnb platform, optimizing for visibility and revenue through strategic pricing.

Guest Communication : Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, providing comprehensive information about the property and addressing concerns professionally.

Maintenance Oversight : Coordinate necessary maintenance and inspections to uphold property standards, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and satisfying stay.

Requirements :

Previous experience in short-term rental management or hospitality industry preferred.

Proficiency in Airbnb platform and other vacation rental platforms.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Experience with Streamline software is a definite plus.
