Position Overview of the Sales Representative:

As a Sales Representative you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.​ Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers.​ You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle.​ You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.​

Responsibilities and Qualifications of the Sales Representative:

  • Meets dealership sales goals.
  • Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
  • Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
  • Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
  • Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
  • Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
  • Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
  • Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment.
  • Engages in business development.
  • Addresses customer concerns.
  • Follows Hubler Automotive Group rules and regulations.
  • Training will be Provided
  • Motivation to be Successful
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, E-leads)
  • Prior Sales Experience Preferred
  • Maintain Professional Business Attire and Appearance
  • Self-Starter and Ability to be a Great Team Player
  • Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
