Hubert’s Family Outfitters is a family owned retail clothing and footwear store that prides itself on providing top-notch customer service. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and fashion-forward individuals to join our team as Retail Clothing Sales Associates.

Position: Retail Clothing Sales Associate

Location: Lebanon

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly approach, providing exceptional service throughout their shopping experience

- Assist customers in finding the perfect outfits

- Keep the sales floor tidy and visually appealing by organizing merchandise and ensuring proper display of clothing items

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the shopping experience

Requirements:

- Previous retail experience, particularly in clothing sales, is preferred, but not mandatory

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with customers

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and some holidays

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
