Job Overview
Provide and arrange component parts for assembly and press personnel at the work stations to avoid any interruptions in their daily assignments, move and transfer material in orderly manner to insure proper flow of service and operations, while complying with current ISO requirements, all safety requirements, and good housekeeping standards.
A Day In The Life
Education and / or experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Employee must be able to perform basic reading, writing and mathematical functions.
Computer knowledge and keyboard skills a plus.
Language Skills Ability to read and write. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memorandums and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally and written.
- Mathematical Skills Basic mathematical skills are required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Reasoning Ability Ability to understand and carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registration Must possess (acquire through training) and maintain fork lift operator certification.

- Load, unload, and move material within or near the plant yard or work site.
- Read shop order, inventory tracking tickets, and / or receives oral instructions from a supervisor to move material, parts, boxes, drums, etc.
between locations in the plant.
- Constructs or sets up packaging containers.
- Load and unload materials from tables, machines, etc.
- Follows all pertinent safety regulations for self and others.
- Properly utilizes all safety equipment.
- May be required to train any new employee assigned to the area.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
