Aclara, a Hubbell company, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee all the functions of the warehouse and ensure smooth operations of all activities. This position will also manage warehouse workers to ensure adherence to necessary safety and legal procedures of working.

• Supervise and participate in the daily warehouse operations and activities, including the efficient receipt, documentation, storage, and safe distribution of inventory.
• Supervise warehouse staff, processes, and systems to ensure productivity targets are met; organize and conduct necessary training activities for the staff.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Field Supervisor regarding personnel issues, such as recruitment, training, and performance issues of warehouse staff.
• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse and labor management systems and be involved in operating the automated store and retrieval systems.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment.
• Observe health and safety regulations; maintain a clean, safe and orderly warehouse.

• 3 years of experience leading staff in a warehousing environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse activity safety processes.
• Excellent leadership and administration skills and abilities.
• Strong motivational skills and effectual team building capabilities.
• Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company.
• Strong safety record as well as a track record or producing efficient, quality work.
• Previous experience in AMI installations preferred, but not required.

Physical Demand:

• Repetitive lifting of up to 60lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, sitting.

Compensation Range: $73,600.00 - $98,000
