Hubbell, Inc. is Hiring a Tool Repair Coordinator Near Littleton, NH

Job Overview

Provide excellence in customer service with regard to tool repair and shipping procedures. Technically assists customers with tool components and inputs all information into computer.

  • Shift 1
  • Hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM
  • Days: M-F

A Day In The Life

  • Other duties may be assigned:
  • Talks with customers by phone, schedules and places tool repair orders on the computer.
  • Places orders and determines pricing for new replacement tools.
  • Maintains the Burndy Tool Maintenance System files.
  • Responsible for material movement from the warehouse stock locations, to point of use stock locations by use of Material Transfers.
  • Perform periodic cycle counts to verify inventory levels in point of use stock locations.
  • Performs order entry for spare tool parts for Burndy customers.
  • Maintains and distributes sales drawings.
  • Assists with receiving in of customer returned tools.
  • Assist with Continual Improvement projects.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SAP experience a plus
  • MS Office proficient
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Prior Customer Service experience preferred
