Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex cloud-based environments. Responsible for the process through which client server problems are identified and resolved for the entire hosted environment, including problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution.
This position will work closely with the Aclara Network and Security teams to determine proper server configurations, processes and procedures. This position is also accountable for hardware/software documentation, server projects, and second level client support.
You will work closely with other teams to implement network security measures, including cloud security and firewall management and participate in the design and implementation of network upgrades and new projects, including cloud migration and integration. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Active Directory and Systems Administration. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must, as well as the flexibility to work on-call and outside of regular business hours as needed.
