Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance.

Duties:

- Perform basic maintenance duties and general tasks for the company

- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees

- Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration

- Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation from outdoor areas

- Clean and maintain walkways, parking lots, and other common areas

- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers

- Assist with landscaping projects including the installation of new plants or features

- Ensure that outdoor spaces are safe and free from hazards

Skills:

- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices

- Proficiency in using hand tools for gardening and landscaping tasks

- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely

- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise trimming and maintenance

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
