HYBRID PROJECT COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduling meetings, document minutes, timely and efficiently, with little supervision.
• Research and analysis in coordination with Business and Technical Leads.
• Support designated Project Manager, escalating conflicts of priority and seeking clarification for assigned tasks.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Lead other project coordination efforts within IT and the Agency as requested.

REQUIREMENTS

• Intermediate to Expert knowledge of Microsoft products to include: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on a variety of tasks with competing priorities.
• Scheduling and managing meetings with required stakeholders.
• Capacity to work within a complex and highly visible project.

PREFERRED

• Jira experience
• Confluence experience
• Microsoft Project experience
