Position Overview:

As a Billing Specialist, you will be at the heart of the firm’s billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all billing processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all billing functions for the firm.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and distribution of invoices.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain detailed and organized billing records.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of billing procedures.
  • Provide support in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in legal billing is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
