Hub Area Birth to Three is looking for a part-time Early Intervention Service Coordinator to fill a 30-32 hour per week position (6-8 hours per day, 4 or 5 days per week, Monday -Friday) through an office based out of Aberdeen, SD. Hub Area Birth to Three is an early intervention program serving fifteen counties in northeast SD. A bachelor's degree is required in education, human services, or related field. Applicant must pass a back ground check.

Duties of the Service Coordinator may include but are not limited to:

• providing developmental screenings, recommendations, and parent education for families with children ages birth to three years
• completing early intervention paperwork and service coordination for families with children that qualify
• serving as a liaison between the Hub Area Birth to 3 program, school district representatives, referral sources, early intervention providers and the state office of education
• traveling by personal vehicle to scheduled home visits and meetings in Aberdeen and three surrounding counties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
