Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of air conditioning units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems and make necessary repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering any questions related to air conditioning systems.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including HVAC/R principles and ammonia refrigeration.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical manuals to understand system design and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical concepts in a clear manner.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
