**Description**

The Commons of Hilltop is looking for a part time Cook to join our kitchen team! This position is responsible for preparing hot and cold foods from start to finish and assisting others in the kitchen as needed to help provide high quality food to the residents at The Commons. TB Skin Test, Flu Vaccination, and COVID Vaccination is required.

Weekend availability is required. This position has a hiring wage range of $15.00-$17.85 per hour, depending on education and experience.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Mixing, preparing, and assembling cold food items such as salads, relish trays, fruit cups, etc.

- Preparation includes washing, chopping, separating into individual serving containers, reading recipes, grilling, frying, baking, etc.

- Preparing and assembling salad bar and dessert cart.

- Preparing food for meal assembly for cooks.

- Consistently meet sanitation standards.
