What You Need :
- Preferred - Mechatronics or IET or related Industrial Maintenance Degree( Minimum - High School Diploma or GED)
- experience with trouble-shooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of manufacturing based machinery and equipment
- Experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, PLC's, and pneumatics systems
- Utilization of a CMMS system for Work Orders and PM's
- Experience performing PM's
What Your Role Will Look Like :
The maintenance technician will build on existing knowledge and skills in Mechanical and Electrical field . The maintenance technician will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical maintenance throughout the facility.
The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing all production machinery and equipment.
Perform pneumatic and hydraulic trouble shooting on Equipment to determine Root Cause and implement Corrective Measure to ensure no repeat Downtime events.
Perform basic troubleshooting on 480v electrical Equipment to determine Root Cause and implement Corrective Measure to ensure no repeat Downtime events
Use CMMS program to complete work and document issue and parts used on a daily basis.
Must possess knowledge in Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical control System
Will be required to do high level Mechanical and Electrical work to meet all Plant and Company KPI Goals
Adhere to all Quality and Safety Standards.
