Team Leader

Seneca, SC

HTI is currently hiring a Night Shift Leader in West Union, SC. This position can be either an 8 or 10-hour shift. Interested candidates should have prior manufacturing experience, a stable work history, and will need to pass a background check and drug screening.

Requirements of Team Leader:

High School Diploma or GED, preferred associate degree.
Stable work history with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
Ability to work night shift hours.
Effective services of customer service and strong communication skills.
Ensure support of customer’s production requirements.

Responsibilities of Team Leader:

Submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
Initiate new and ongoing training for associates.
Management of customer-required metrics and measurables.

Responsible for adherence to all safety and legal requirements.
