· Submit weekly and monthly reporting to management

· Initiate new and ongoing training for associates 

· Management of customer-required metrics and measurables

· Effectively manage communication with associates and management 

· Responsible for administration and compliance with all company policies and procedures

· Responsible for adherence to all safety and legal requirements
