HTI - Human Technologies, Inc. is Hiring a General Assembler (FT) Near Belmont, NC

WELCOME! Ramsey Products Belmont NC
General Assembler: Assembles chain component parts and assists in chain manufacturing.

**Weekend shift - work 36 get paid for 40**

Train on 1st shift for 3 months.

Anything over 36 hrs. is overtime.

Textile experience a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Select chain parts according to the knowledge of the unit being assembled.
Set up and operate chain assembly machinery.
Assemble chains using work instructions or drawings.
Fastens parts together with pins and hammers.
May operate drill presses or other machinery to assist in assembly operation and connecting parts production.
Cleans work area, tools, and fixtures.

Education and/or experience:

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, performing manual tasks and operating simple machinery.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform basic arithmetic; add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Requirements:

Previous experience with assembly and production is a plus.
Ability to lift 20 or more lbs. repetitively.
Able to stand/walk for up to a 10-hour shift.
Reliable transportation.
