Assembly Operator
West Union
HTI is hosting a virtual hiring event for Assemblers for Itron in West Union, SC. These positions are temp-to-hire and interested candidates will need to pass a background check and drug screening.

6 months manufacturing experience preferred
Able to stand for long periods of time
Physical dexterity for handling of small to medium parts
Stable work history
Responsibilities
Follow work instructions to manufacture quality products per Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
Perform intermediate assembly tasks
Follow safety standards and policies
Ability to multi-task
Connect component led wires to printed circuits or routes and connect wires appropriately
Crimp, stake, screw, bolt, rivet, weld, solder, cement, press fit or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place
Mount and install assemblies/subassemblies in cases or cabinets. Additional assembly when required of hardware such as caps, champs, knobs and switches to assemblies
All other duties as assigned

Pay: $16.75 - $19.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
