JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The HTG Asset Retirement (ITAD) Sales Support will be responsible for supporting the company sales objectives. This position will be responsible for creating and managing the online product descriptions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to taking and editing photos, fulfilling customer orders, invoicing customer orders, inventory management and customer service. This position will report to the AR Manager.

Essential Functions

1. Photograph, list and sell items online through multiple platforms (eBay, Amazon, craigslist, etc.)
2. Support the order fulfillment process by creating pick requests, picking/staging orders, and shipping packages
3. Invoicing Sales with QuickBooks
4. Work cross-functionally to ensure those sales transactions are processed accurately.
5. Cultivate solid relationships and drive customer satisfaction
6. Perform product research to determine market value and obtain detailed information of ITAD equipment
7. Inventory, sort, and prep equipment for sale
8. Update inventory database entries when necessary
9. Manage and optimize completed listings to ensure accurate product information and adjust pricing to reflect market trends
10. Provide customer service through phone and email to answer customer questions, troubleshoot issues, resolve disputes and maintain positive feedback
11. Maintain confidentiality of all client information
12. Cultivate positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
13. Proficient in all department and company policies, procedures and processes
14. Maintain warehouse environment to HTG standards as assigned
15. Report consistently and on time to work
16. Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in differing environments. A portion of the duties will be performed in a professional office environment, the remainder will be performed in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Travel

This position requires no travel.

Required Education and Experience

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1. General knowledge of consumer electronics (computers, mobile devices, and peripherals)
2. Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook and Access

Preferred Education and Experience

1. Technical skills to troubleshoot and repair computer related issues
2. Experience with product listing
3. Inventory management experience
4. Strong organizational skills
