Technical Business Analyst - Major Strengths:

• Documented requirements and translated into system requirements using high-maturity methods, processes, mockups, and tools.
• Actively participating in Agile ceremonies like backlog refinement, daily scrum, sprint retrospective, sprint review and sprint planning
• Develop business & system requirements for GW products like Personal Lines Auto, Property Umbrella, General Liability, Commercial Property, Inland Marine, and Crime (Commercial Crime and Fidelity) products including detailed data mapping.
• Read XML and document schema paths that will come from Guidewire Policy Center and provide the data mapping to Smart Comm developers.
• Facilitate the requirements handoff meeting with the development and testing team to explain to them the mockup and the requirements of the document. Additionally, explain the acceptance criteria to the QA team.
• Co-ordinate and work with the Product Owner and Business Sponsor to help them understand the complex requirements. Collaborate and work closely with Business Subject Matter Experts on defining the requirements.
• Hands on experience in using the Smart Comm Tool to do pdf overlays for ISO Forms, Acord Applications and AAIS forms provided by Business SME s
• Work on defining requirements for Complex Propriety forms like Declarations and Quotes.
• Break large features into User stories by discussing them with the Product Owner and assigning them to the Smart Comm and the Guidewire Integration Team.
• Identify and document all the business rules for the fields in the UI in Guidewire Policy center.
• Work with the Guidewire Integration team on creating the Schema structure. Do the Data mapping for all the dynamic fields on the policy documents by mapping the data from Guidewire Policy Center.
• Always operates as a team member and as a team leader. Highly Focused on methods to improve Business processes.
• Control the coverages and offerings for every product in the Guidewire Policy Center based on the Product requirements.
• Able to handle constantly changing requirements and able to deliver them efficiently and getting them approved by stakeholders.
• Write User Stories in JIRA and Azure DevOps and break down work to be developed by Template Developers in Smart Comm.
